Peggy came for a visit!!!!!!

I really haven't been doing to good with my camera. Peggy came for a visit last weekend and I did a horrible job getting pictures. I don't know what my problem was but after she left I realized I hadn't gotten to many good ones. Here is what I did get:
She arrived either really late Wednesday night or really early Thursday morning depending how you look at it. We went to breakfast on Thursday morning with Paula and Francie. They are old friends of Peggys. It was great to get to see them and for them to catch up and show off pictures of their grandkids. Thursday afternoon we made a Costco run for our BBQ on Friday night and then we met up with my Dad and Kay back at our house and had Taco Time for dinner. On Friday morning Peggy, Megan, and Alex all headed to the Tacoma Mall to meet up with another old friend of Peggy's. I met up with them after a meeting that I had to go to. We had lunch and visited and then did some quick shopping at the mall and headed home to get ready for our BBQ. Brianne, Phil and Leighton were the first to arrive. There was a fight over who got to hold Leighton first but Peggy won. This would be where I finally remembered to get my camera out.

Bill, Phil, Sandy, Brianne and Leighton. Here would be where I put my camera away to early. I missed getting pictures of everyone else who came. We also had Jami, Justin, Kay, Tony, Olivia, Suzy and Barb. I was really slacking off!!!!!!!

We had a really busy day of visiting on Saturday. We got up at the crack of dawn and went down to the farmer's market in Puyallup to meet another one of Peggy's long time friends. We were there at 9:00 a.m. and walked around and visited until about 11:00 a.m. We headed to Tukwila then to meet Jean and Karen for lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. We arrived right on time and had a great visit with them. We also had Karen's daughter Lauren, my Dad, and Bonnie join us.

We headed back home so that we could see Bill and Steve. It was a beautiful day out so we got to sit outside for awhile and visit. It was a great afternoon.

Saturday night we headed to the wedding of Shana's daughter. The wedding was the reason that Peggy had come this particular weekend so we really had to make sure to get there. Shana is Peggy's niece on Curt's side of the family so we got to see alot of Curt's family also which was great. It was nice to see everyone and for Peggy to get to catch up with them all.

Dubby and Shana are Curt's brother Dwights kids. It was Shana's daughter that was getting married. After the reception we made one more stop at Taco Time. It was 10:00 pm by this time but it was Peggy's last chance for a taco salad before she had to go home on Sunday morning.

Unfortunately we had to get up early on Sunday morning to take Peggy to the airport. This was not the best part of her trip. We made it all the way to the airport before we started crying so that was progress but of course we broke down after we got out of the car. It is always so much fun to go and pick her up and it is never any fun to have to take her back. We have a great time when any of our family comes to visit and this trip was no exception. It was a perfect weekend!!!!!!
