Happy 70th Jim!!!

Mike's Dad, Jim, is having his 70th birthday on Wednesday so on Sunday we spent the day at the LeMay car museum and then we went out to dinner to celebrate.
Beware, Megan was in charge of the camera and this is about the only normal picture that was taken all day and I think that is because I took it!!!!! :)
Jim, Mike, and Marilyn in line before we got in.
The first of many crazy face pictures.  Alex was on a role with his crazy faces.  I am not sure what he is doing here.
Megan likes to take fun pictures of everything.  She got some good ones of the cars that she liked.
This one looked like it would have been fun to ride in.
Crazy Alex, normal Mike, and funny Megan.
Such a beautiful headlight.  Way to capture that glass Meg!!!!!
This was their attempt at a normal one.
 Megan looks confused.
This just makes me laugh.  Megan was suppose to be in it also but she didn't realize it was zoomed in.  Oh my!!!!
Alex got the camera to take one picture then he lost it again.
Jim and I checking out the race cars.
There are a lot of headlights on this one but I like the color of the car.
Mike liked this one.  I think it is suppose to be impressive.  I don't know enough about cars to understand that.
We got to sing at the restaurant. I think that Jim really liked that part. :)
Which dessert to have?  They were both delicious!!!!!!
Hopefully Jim had a great birthday and enjoys being 70.
Happy Birthday!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Suzy

It happened to be Suzy's 40th birthday the same day that we were moving Barb.  I don't think this was her idea of a dream birthday party but hopefully she had fun.
 Sherry, Suzy and Barb.
She got a few presents and some delicious cupcakes.
Oh, and don't forget some champagne to go with our delicious dinner of Costco lasagne, salad, and bread.  Yummy!!!!
All wishes should come true.  She got all of the candles out in one breathe.
I know this wasn't the Vegas trip that she had planned but hopefully it was fun enough to make the record book for a 40th birthday.  We had a great weekend.
Happy Birthday Suzy!!!!!!

Barb's moving.......

Since our good friend, Suzy, got a new job up North the whole family is moving that direction with her.  This past weekend we moved her Mom, Barb, to Arlington.  We had a really fun weekend and the new house looks great.
The boys are strategically loading the truck so that we can move everything in one trip.
Sherry and Megan getting the final things out of the kitchen.
Megan and Alex all ready to load up to head north.
Barb and Suzy's last photo at the Puyallup house.
 Out with the old..........
 In with the new!!!!!!!
The boys are now unloading all of there fine work.
Tony and Mike apparently trying to decide if the futon goes here or not.  It didn't. :)
 Lunch break,  Pizza Hut. Yummy.
I am not sure what kind of mess Suzy got herself into but it kept her busy for awhile.
Barb and Megan unloading the china cabinet.
 Break time!!!!!
The boys are busy unpacking in their minds!!!!!
While Sherry and Megan work out in the kitchen.
The front room is coming together.  We all got to spend the night at the new house and we finished unpacking and hanging pictures on Sunday.  It is a really cute house and I think Barb is going to love it.  Too bad it is so far away from us!!!!!!

My first house!!!!

I sold my very first house a few weeks ago.  I am sitting at a new construction site a couple of days a week to fill in and I met a really cute, young (to me) couple out looking one weekend.  We kept talking and they were really serious so after helping them with some other stuff they decided to make an offer!!!!!!
Isn't it a cute house?  I think I was as excited as they were.  :)
Hopefully there will be more to come!!!!!!!!
