We had such a fun day on the 4th of July. We went over to Heidi and Jacob's house for a BBQ and some fireworks.
Alex and Jacob had a great time playing in the bounce house.
Heidi and Marie are hard at work in the kitchen.

Alex and Jacob played dog pile in the bounce house for most of the day. It was that or the big toy. They didn't venture far away from either one.
They took a break long enough to eat.
Lloyd and Marie getting some dinner. We had so many good choices. As usual we had a lot of food but it was all so good that we had to eat it all. :)

Alex had to take a break, he was tired I guess.
Heidi and I were to lazy to find our own chairs and it was so cold out that we decided it would be easier to just share. It was a much warmer way to go until she stood up and tried to tip me over.
Jacob was mad that it wasn't dark out. He really wanted to blow off some fireworks.
Finally, sparklers are better than nothing.

It finally got dark and we could shoot off everything that Mike and the kids had picked out.
It was a great show that they put on. Well worth waiting for it to get dark. We had a great day with everyone. Thanks for having us over!!!!!!!!!!!
